Raspberry-Strawberry-Blueberry-Kale Smoothie


G’mornin! I have to share that I have been drinking a mixed berry and veggie smoothie for breakfast every morning this week and can really feel the benefits of it. It has given me so much extra energy to start my day. I get much more of a boost of energy than I ever did drinking my normal cup of coffee. I am hooked.

This smoothie has so many antioxidants, minerals, and fiber to keep you full until lunch. It helps to keep your hair, skin and nails healthy and clear/shiny! I feel so healthy and nourished after drinking it. Give them a try!!

Obviously, there are many varieties of smoothies out there to try out that are, arguably, equally as healthy. This is just the version that I have been making this week and love the taste of! It tastes very sweet and you can’t taste the kale at all. It’s a great way to sneak in extra vegetables into your day without making that big of a change!

I use my Nutribullet (HIGHLY recommend!!) to make smoothies. You may use a traditional blender or any number of machines to get the smoothie consistency. Nutribullet is just so quick and easy that I never use my normal blender. It gives juuust the right consistency and never gets stuck because it is so powerful. It also requires minimal clean-up since you drink out of the blending cup! 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup fresh kale (stems included!)

1/2 cup water or orange juice (low-cal)


  1. Place all ingredients in Nutribullet, topping off with water 3/4 way full or so then twist on cap and start to blend. Enjoy!!!
